For Admission Consideration to the Private Piano Studio of Ms. Dai
Audition Requirements
New students with prior studies who have either outgrown their current private teachers or are otherwise seeking new piano instruction may audition to study with Ms. Dai. Audition Requirements: 1. An excerpt of a prepared solo work of a concerto, sonata, or etude from the standard classical piano repertoire or a method book. 2. A prepared scale and arpeggio in any key of 3 octaves, both hands. New beginners or those with 6 months or less of formal training in piano must be able to demonstrate: 1. Ability to follow instruction and adapt in real time 2. Capacity for future growth
Cancellation Policy
The $99 Assessment Fee applies to this appointment and is independent of Private Studio tuition. A one-time request to reschedule this appointment may be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice by emailing info@svimusic.com, which an assistant will be in contact with the email address provided to coordinate. Canceled appointments or no-shows are forfeited. The Assessment Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
